Another great episode of behind the scenes of my life and who was my BEST hire of 2022!
I felt like I needed to share something positive about my hiring and team so I wanted to share who my best hire was last year. And they were someone who wasn't a "business" hire.
I share not only why we hired someone in this capacity, where we found them, what their first initial projects were and how they are STILL with us 1 year later.
